Prototyping Services-SLA
- SINOENG utilizes advanced Stereolithography (SLA) technologies and materials to offer high-quality parts rapidly. Our Master Model Makers optimize the finishing of your parts with accuracy and precision. A wide-range of materials are available including ABS-like clear flexible moisture resistant high temperature
- SLA material choices include: Technician's Choice, Semi-Flexible, PE-Like (Somos 8110); Durable, PP-Like (Somos 9420 / Accura 25); ABS-Like (Somos 18420 / Somos 18120 / Accura Xtreme / Accura 50/RenShape 7820); Rigid, PC-Like (Somos 11122 / Accura 60); High Resolution (ABS-Like, Durable, Rigid); High-Impact ABS-Like (Somos DMX-SL 100). Standard Tolerances of: +/- 0.005 for the first inch, +/- 0.002 on every inch thereafter. In the z height (vertical), standard tolerances of +/- 0.01" for the first inch, +/- 0.002 on every inch thereafter.
Prototyping Services-SLS
- SINOENG's Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) capabilities offer a variety of durable material options. SLS is the technology of choice for Rapid Prototypes to be used in functional applications. SLS material options include nylon, glass-filled nylon, wax, and metals.
- In the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) process, three-dimensional parts are created by fusing (or sintering) powdered thermoplastic materials with the heat from an infrared laser beam. The object's creation is accomplished by repeatedly fusing thin powder layers using a laser beam. This additive manufacturing sequence produces parts that gradually increase in size until they reach the prescribed dimensions. These prototypes are created directly from 3D CAD models.
Prototyping Services-FDM
- SINOENG's utilizes Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) to offer rapid prototypes in durable ABS and Polycarbonate materials. When time or budget do not allow for traditional machining technologies, FDM is the best choice.
- FDM Highlights Ideal for Conceptual Models, Engineering Models, and Functional Testing Prototypes.
- 1.Maximum dimensions for instant quotes: 20"x20"x20". Parts with larger dimensions are also available. Please contact your sales manager to discuss.
- 2.Maximum dimensions for parts in single build: ABS - 23"x19"x23", Polycarbonate (PC) - 14"x16"x16". Parts with larger dimensions are also available. Please contact your sales manager to discuss.
- 3.Material choices include: production-quality ABS (red, yellow, green, blue, gray, steel gray, white, and black), ABS-M30 (white, red, blue, and gray), Polycarbonate (white), PC-ABS (black), PC-ISO (white and translucent), ULTEM, & PPSF (tan). Food-grade ABSi material available upon request.
- 4.Smooth matte finish available for ABS white, ABS-M30 (natural and white), ABS yellow, and ABS gray materials. Smooth gloss finish available for ABS white, ABS-M30 (natural, white, black, dark gray and blue), ABS yellow, and ABS gray.
Prototyping Services-Rapid casting
- SINOENG utilizes Rapid Casting (Urethane Casting) to offer prototypes and limited production runs to create parts with production-like aesthetics and material properties. This pattern-based process allows SINOENG to create reproductions in Silicone Rubber tools that emulate the color, texture and feel of production plastic parts.
